Prior to immigrating to the United States, Oksana was an attorney in Russia and attained a PhD of Law from The Academy of Law and Management at the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in 2013. From 2007 to 2012 Oksana was an Associate Professor at the Academy of Law. She is not licensed to practice in the United States.
After that, she was a Researcher at the Supreme Court of Russia and later practiced with Karabanov & Partners, one of the most well-known legal firms in Moscow. Fluent in Russian, Oksana’s substantial previous legal experience allows her to provide valuable support to ELG.
