Justin Rehklau

Justin is an associate attorney at Enterprise Law Group, LLP, working on a wide range of

transactional matters including, due diligence review, corporate governance, business formation,

real estate deals (residential and commercial), mergers and acquisitions, and review of

commercial contracts. Justin also assists with litigation, including shareholder and breach of

contracts disputes, and business and other tort claims.

Outside of the office, Justin enjoys spending time exploring Chicago and trying new coffee shops

with his fiancée, Jenna. He continues his soccer career by playing on weeknights. Justin is an

Ohio State fan and cheers for the Columbus Crew and Columbus Blue Jackets. He is involved

with the Case Western Reserve University Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity Alumni Association,

helping mentor current members.
