Charles Nicholls
Charles is an attorney at Enterprise Law Group, LLP with litigation experience in a wide range of practice areas, including business, commercial, corporate, employment, probate, and appellate matters. He also has considerable experience advising companies on privacy, licensing, employment, commercial agreements, and corporate issues.
Charles has a long history of public service work. Before law school, he served with Teach for America, teaching 8th grade English in Camden, New Jersey. After law school, he was a fellow at Lawyers’ Committee for Better Housing. Throughout his legal career, he has provided significant pro bono counsel, including participation in the Illinois Supreme Court Pro Bono Program for Criminal Appeals and as co-counsel with the Legal Aid Foundation.
He is a member of the American and Illinois Bar Associations.
He lives with his wife, two children, and dog in the Ukrainian Village neighborhood of Chicago.
