Enterprise Law Group routinely represents clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations and other change-in-control or minority investment transactions. We also handle strategic alliances, joint ventures and complex outsourced services arrangements (involving real estate, manufacturing and other assets or services). 

The firm is often engaged in the critical components of deal work including preparation and negotiation of letters of intent; due diligence production or examination; drafting and negotiation of definitive agreements; and securing all necessary consents and approvals. Since its formation in 2004, the firm has successfully closed transactions ranging in size from less than $1 million to over $100 million, in aggregate consideration.
