Jonathan Rosen
Jonathan is a partner at Enterprise Law Group, LLP, and concentrates his practice on all aspects of litigation and transactional matters, including real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, contract review and negotiation, and secured lending. He represents major corporations, mid-sized and family-owned businesses, high net worth individuals, and entrepreneurs.
Jonathan is the firm’s Director of Litigation. His extensive litigation experience consists of complex civil litigation in both state and federal court, including foreclosures, title litigation, bankruptcy, breach of contract, deceptive trade practices, contract/lease disputes, will/trust contests, business divorce and shareholder disputes, business and other tort claims, and real estate controversies. Jonathan also has a very successful and growing family law practice.
Jonathan’s transactional practice embraces a broad and exciting range of business concerns. He offers counsel on the formation and general legal issues of business organizations, business contracts, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, secured lending (including workouts and debt/equity restructuring), bankruptcy reorganization, and real estate transactions (both domestically and abroad).
Jonathan’s extensive experience in numerous industries and legal arenas permits him to bring a practical, results-focused approach to each legal issue.
When not zealously representing clients in the courtroom or in negotiations, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his fiancée Amy and their dogs. He is a 10-time Chicago Marathon finisher and a passionate fan of Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland sports teams. Jonathan is actively involved in charity work, serving as a legal liaison, animal rights advocate, and volunteer for various national, regional, and local dog rescues. He has a love for the outdoors and also enjoys traveling abroad.
