Mark became Of Counsel to Enterprise Law Group in May 2005. He maintains a general practice with a focus on real estate and related matters including purchase/sale transactions, leasing, condominium conversions, forcible entry and detainer, and the preparation and filing of mechanics liens and bond claims. He was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Illinois and the Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 1995. Mark is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and its Real Estate Law Section.
Mark was previously an Associate with Fosco, VanderVennet and Fullett, P.C. in Mt. Prospect and Marks, Marks and Kaplan, Ltd. in Chicago. He has also been Of Counsel to Zave H. Gussin, Attorney at Law.
Mark earned his JD with Honors in 1995 from IIT/Chicago-Kent College of Law. At Kent, he was selected into the Moot Court Honor Society (fall ’93) and received at graduation the Bar and Gavel Society Award for service to school and community. He attended law school on a Lowell J. Thomas merit scholarship. Mr. Gussin received his B.A. with Honors from Washington University in St. Louis, MO, where he was selected for membership in Omicron Delta Kappa, the leadership honorary society.
