August 1, 2017, Chicago, IL. Enterprise Law Group, LLP (“ELG”) is pleased to announce that Pittacora Law Group, LLC (“PLG”) has combined with and into ELG, effective August 1, 2017. In connection with this combination, James R. (“Jim”) Pittacora has joined ELG as an equity partner and Julianne Dailey has joined ELG as an associate attorney. Jim is a commercial litigator and real estate attorney, with more than 20 years’ experience, who focuses on complex business litigation, mechanic lien and construction litigation, landlord-tenant law with an emphasis on landlord representation, and commercial and residential real estate transactions. Prior to joining ELG, Jim was the sole member of PLG. Prior to forming PLG, Jim was also a partner at Ungaretti & Harris (now Nixon Peabody LLP). The combination with PLG expands and strengthens ELG’s litigation and real estate practice areas.

Mark Gussin became Of Counsel to Enterprise Law Group in May 2005. He maintains a general practice with an emphasis on real estate and litigation. Related matters include purchase/sale transactions, leasing, condominium, forcible entry and detainer, real estate taxation and the preparation of mechanics liens and bond claims. He was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Illinois and the Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 1995. Mark is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and its Real Estate Law Section.

Mr. Gussin was previously an Associate with Fosco, VanderVennet and Fullett, P.C. in Mt. Prospect and Marks, Marks and Kaplan, Ltd. in Chicago. He has also been Of Counsel to Zave H. Gussin, Attorney at Law.

Mr. Gussin earned his JD with Honors in 1995 from IIT/Chicago-Kent College of Law. At Kent, he was selected into the Moot Court Honor Society (fall ’93) and received at graduation the Bar and Gavel Society Award for service to school and community. He attended law school on a Lowell J. Thomas merit scholarship. Mr. Gussin received his B.A. with Honors from Washington University in St. Louis, MO, where he was selected for membership in Omicron Delta Kappa, the leadership honorary society.
